Description

The production line is a full-automatic production linkage line of washing, drying, filling and stoppering, which is designed and produced in full accordance with GMP standards with high quality and high capacity. The linkage line is composed of UVXQL vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, UVHX hot air circulation tunnel sterilization oven and UVGS300 series filling and plugging machine. It can complete the ultrasonic rough washing of the bottle, washing outside the bottle, needle insertion in the bottle, tracking water vapor alternating high-pressure spray washing, hot air circulation drying and sterilization, linear tracking filling and oscillation plug, rotary table suction plug, plug pressing process.

Equipped with advanced instruments at home and abroad, PLC program control and touch screen operation, the linkage line has high capacity, high process quality, stable performance, reliable operation, beautiful appearance and advanced domestic level. This linkage line can be used for the production of different size Vials (2-100ml) or used alone.
